A professional Service

This is not an automated service; our telephones are answered by staff who are trained to deal calmly and efficiently with people who may be confused, angry or distressed. They are trained to get all the required insurance details, the circumstances of the accident and to establish the need and urgency of a replacement vehicle and repair. If the vehicle is not driveable, we will provide a replacement within four working hours. If the vehicle can be driven, we will arrange for it to be taken to one of our approved repairers in order to control costs.
